Well the Hurricanes used to be the Whalers, our home team. I met a bunch of them way back when my son played. Ron Francis taught him to skate backwards, lol.

Yes he was a really nice guy. Lots of ex whalers around here. Bob Crawford bought a rink when he retired and he was my sons coach for many years. It’s a cool sport. The only one that doesn’t bore me to death. Lol.

Still at least it always moves fast. Just is infuriating when things go bad. My son sits in the living room and yells instructions now, lol.

Lol. He used to tell me not to yell when he played. Now when he’s yelling at the tv I tell him “see!!!! And you don’t even have a kid playing!!!” Lol.
